Brad Dufton ~ Founder

Born and raised in metro-Washington D.C., Owner, Brad Dufton moved to Boston in 1996 to attend Wentorth Institute of Technology, majoring in Industrial Design.

With over 14 years experience working for Furniture and Interior Design co.'s, and in Home Contracting, Brad founded colorTHEORY Boston in January 2009. More than just an Interior Design and or Painting company, Brad envisioned an

"a-la-carte design service", filling a void for metro-Boston's busy residents.

Brad is an enthusiast for highlighting architectural elements and details, incorporating a mixture of high and low priced decorative items, taking bold chances with color and mixing patterns, all while creating personal, & inspiring environments for his clients to admire for years to come.

Kendra Amin-Dufton ~ Owner / Interior Designer

From a young age Kendra has had a voracious interest in interior design and personal style, both as an art form, and as something that is constantly evolving. Kendra's personal aesthetic leans toward minimalist glam, with an emphasis on structure, proportion, pops of color, and touches of the unexpected.

As a husband and wife team, Brad and Kendra look forward to working with colorTHEORY Boston clients to help each person create a well-balanced home environment that evokes their individual personality and taste. We pride ourselves on the ability to help people think outside the box and to never shy away from making a statement.
